BKN Capital S.A. provides product specific sustainability-related disclosures within the meaning of SFDR Art. 10 for funds that it manages, which (i) promote, among other characteristics, environmental or social characteristics, or a combination of those characteristics, in accordance with SFDR Art. 8, and which (ii) have sustainable investment as their objective in accordance with SFDR Art. 9.
